Terms of Service

1. Who we are

PeachAsk ("we", "us") is operated by Samson Chew, a sole proprietor in Singapore. Contact: keizo.nanase@gmail.com. By using PeachAsk you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

PeachAsk lets you build a playful invitation page (a question with a runaway "No" button, a date reveal, a food pick and a letter) and share it by an unguessable link with one person. You can preview a page for free. You need credits to publish it.

3. Accounts

You must be 18 or older.
We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email. You must confirm your email before you can buy credits or use the launch offer. Keep your inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in.
You can delete your account and data at any time from your dashboard.

4. Credits, prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and paid through PayPal. We never see your card details. Current packs: 1 page US$2.99, 3-pack US$4.99, 10-pack US$9.99. One credit publishes one page for 30 days; longer hosting costs an extra credit as shown in the form.
Launch offer: your first purchase may be one page for US$0.99, once per person. We may refuse or cancel the offer if we detect repeated use (for example several accounts for the same person).
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are linked to your account.
Prices may change; the price shown at checkout applies.

5. Where we can sell

At launch we do not accept payments from the European Union, the United Kingdom or the EEA (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway), because we are not yet registered for VAT there. If a payment turns out to come from one of those regions, we refund it in full and grant no credits. You may still preview pages for free.

6. Acceptable use and anti-harassment

You may only send a page to someone you know who would welcome it. You must not use PeachAsk to:

harass, stalk, threaten, pressure or shame anyone, or contact someone who has said no or asked you to stop;
impersonate another person, or use another person's name or likeness to deceive;
include sexual, hateful, violent, defamatory, illegal or otherwise abusive content;
send spam, run scams, or collect other people's data.

Anyone who receives a page can use the Report link on it. We may disable or delete any page, and suspend any account, that breaks these rules or that we reasonably believe could harm someone, without refund for pages already published. We may share information with authorities where the law requires it or to prevent serious harm.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it to produce and host your page. You promise that you have the right to use it and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights. Pages are unlisted (secret link, not indexed), but anyone who has the link can see the page, so share it carefully.

8. Hosting and expiry

A page stays online until its expiry date (30 days by default, up to 365 days if you choose). After that it is deleted automatically. You can delete a page earlier at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service; third-party outages (for example Cloudflare, PayPal or email providers) may affect availability.

9. Refunds

Unused credits: you can ask for a refund of a purchase within 14 days if none of its credits have been used to publish a page. Email us the PayPal order ID.
Published pages: credits spent on a published page are not refundable for change of mind. If a page does not work as described on a normal phone browser, tell us within 7 days and we will fix it, give you a replacement credit, or refund, at our choice.
Rule breaches: no refund if we take a page down or suspend an account for breaking Section 6.
If a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed through PayPal, the related credits are removed and any page published with them is disabled.
Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

10. Disclaimers and liability

PeachAsk is provided "as is". We are not responsible for how a recipient reacts to a page. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; the date above will change and, for material changes, we will notify you by email or on the site. You may stop using PeachAsk at any time. We may suspend or end the service or your account for breaches of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have in your own country.
